A smooth pate produced at Cleveleys using a traditional recipe which has proved so popular it has remained a top selling product for over 20 years, for that reason the recipe hasn’t changed in all that time. Made using a blend of locally sourced chicken livers, salted butter, onions, garlic, citrus and port. The livers are cooked in butter until perfectly tender and then are blended until smooth with even more butter and seasonings. The result is a luxurious chicken liver which is unrivalled in its quality and taste. Perfectly served with granary toast and our own Moat Farm chutney (Bramley apple, onion and sultana chutney).
