Carefully selected gammons from our trusted supplier Bearfields of London, who have been supplying us with quality gammons for over 20 years. Our hams are smoked and cooked on site at Cleveleys in our own smokehouse. We use a blend of beech and oak woodchips which smoulder for hours while the hams are slowly cooked for 12-14 hours until the perfect temperature is achieved. Resulting in a moist and quite delicious ham. Ready to Carve. Wonderful served in a chunky Norfolk cob roll with lashing of piccalilli or as part of the perfect ploughman’s lunch.
